At the institutional level, we provide consulting services to universities seeking to retool or upgrade international student services and programming and education abroad, as well as to advise on cross-national academic initiatives. We work closely with the institution’s decision-makers on needs analysis, assessment of existing services, identification of goals, and step-by-step advancement toward goal attainment. Projects range from guided discussion of goals for diversifying the student body and faculty to development and implementation of curricular integration initiatives to high-level negotiations with potential partner institutions around the world.
